The name of the owner of the personal data. Phone number and email. The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise any of the aforementioned rights. Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data. Identification of the applicant or document with the necessary powers to exercise the rights on behalf of a third party. In the case of requests for rectification of personal data, the owner must indicate, in addition to what is indicated in numerals 1, 2, 3 and 4, the modifications to be made. From receipt, Hospitality Wellbeing will have a period of 20 business days to respond to your request, however, said period may be extended for an equal period of time, which will be notified to you, by the means that you have indicated. for such purposes, indicating the reasons for said extension, in accordance with article 32 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. In the event that the information provided in the request is insufficient or erroneous to attend to it, or is not accompanied by the documents referred to, or does not clearly indicate the modifications to be made, the person in charge may require the owner, for once and within five days of receipt of the request that provides the elements or documents necessary to process your request. The holder will have ten days to comply with the requirement, counted from the receipt of the request. If you do not respond within that period, the corresponding request will be deemed not submitted.

SAW. LIMITATION ON THE USE OR DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA
