In the event that the information provided in the request is insufficient or erroneous to attend to it, or is not accompanied by the documents referred to, or does not clearly indicate the modifications to be made, the person in charge may require the owner, for once and within five days of receipt of the request that provides the elements or documents necessary to process your request. The holder will have ten days to comply with the requirement, counted from the receipt of the request. If you do not respond within that period, the corresponding request will be deemed not submitted.
